Hoopster-Sicherungsringe stellen wie alle anderen entfernbare Wellenabsätze dar, die Sie in Ihre Baugruppe integrieren können. Zumeist müssen die Sicherungsringe in eine Nut eingefügt werden, damit sie korrekt platziert sind und jeder Druckbelastung ertragen. Ein Hoopster-Ring ohne Nut dürfte voraussichtlich zu wenig Reibung aufbringen, um einer Schubkraft entgegen zu wirken und nicht zu verrutschen.
Doch, einlagige Wellenfedern können gestapelt werden und dadurch tellerfederartige Eigenschaften erhalten. Zur Erhöhung der Federrate können Wellenfedern parallel gestapelt werden, ähnlich wie bei verschachtelten Wellenfedern. Wenn Sie die Federrate verringern und den Federweg verlängern wollen, müssen einlagige Wellenfedern mit Scheiben zwischen den einzelnen Federn gestapelt werden; so entsteht eine Art Crest-to-Crest-Feder. Dies erhöht jedoch die Anzahl der benötigten Bauelemente.
Viele unserer Kunden ziehen es vor, eine einzige Feder zu benutzen, die die gewünschten Federeigenschaften aufweist. Auf diese Weise müssen nicht mehrere Teile in einem tellerfederartigen Konstruktion ausgerichtet werden, da dies zu Fehlern bei der Montage führen kann. Wenn Federnstapel wirklich nötig sein sollten, können Sie eine Sonderanfertigung in Betracht ziehen, die ihre Anforderungen erfüllt.
